G type slurry pump

slurry pump G type is a single screw pump. This series slurrypump can pump chemicals and slurry with high viscosity or solids. It's a single screw pump with high effeciency. Single shaft structure is a new type pump, main working components is eccentricity shaft and fixed bushing, which consists with independent sealing chamber separately, medium pushed by axial load that can not cause backset and agitation for the same cubage and pressure stability. Each stage output pressure is 0.6 Mpa, lift head is 60m(water), suction height is 6m, applies in medium temp under 80(it could be reach 150, as informed by the principal ). This kind of pump has its special ability for the transmission of grain and fiber medium as the bushing material made up of multi- elastic materials. Main characteristics are easy dispatch, single structure, easy maintenance and compact structure etc. for its a few accessories, the actuation could be direct engine, adjustable electric motor, gearbox etc. Capacity: 2 to 100m3/h, pressure: 6bar, 12bar.(special demand can be negotiated) model
